Friday, October 23rd, 8pm – 11pm: Free dinner / performances / dancing
Saturday, October 24th and Sunday, October 25th , 2-7pm: Open hours
Sunday, October 25th 7-8pm: Artist talk with Xara Thustra

Xara Thustra will create a total installation inside The Lab. The display will consist of a decade's worth of art, from older pieces to brand new works, over several hundred in all. The entire show will be auctioned off in a silent auction as a complete body of work. Highlights include LOVEWARZ sets, a collaborative painting with Xara Thustra and Xylor Jane, four major murals—one brand new, one that graced YBCA's theater for six years, and two others that were recently displayed on Market Street. The largest measures 9 by 64 feet. The collection also includes a small vending machine containing 40 miniature paintings, sculptural works, photographs, prints, posters, paintings, fashion and more—a comprehensive representation of the artist's range of skills. There will be free paintings, posters and clothes for all who show up to the party as well as food and performances.

It is is the artist's wish to sell the entire body of work to the highest bidder. The auction will continue on the 24th and end on the 25th with the winning bidder to be announced that evening. All proceeds will go to the artist and to benefit Kaye, an SF elder and truth bearer. At the close of the show, all art will be taken down, packaged, and placed in a storage unit key delivered to the winning bidder contents can also be delivered to bidders desired location.

This uniquely San Francisco experience opens at The Lab on October 23rd at 8pm with a free dinner. Performances will take place throughout the evening including a special collaborative performance by Saturn Jones and Xara Thustra at 10pm, and by ShotWell unplugged during dinner, and more!!! Festivities go late and will be hosted by NWD with music by DJs Designers Imposter- NYC and Shawna Shawnte-BAY.
